How the commission process works

Creating a custom piece is a collaborative process, and I want to make it as smooth and enjoyable as possible for you. Whether you prefer to be closely involved or would like to leave all the details to me, you can be as hands-on – or hands-off – as you like. 

This is how we will work together:

1. Initial consultation

Whether you already have a specific idea in mind or want to explore different options, I am here to listen and help shape your vision into something beautiful.

I work with both private clients and designers, and I’m happy to work on projects of any scale.

2. Proposal & agreement

Once I understand what you are looking for, I will send you a detailed proposal with the price, timeline, and scope of the project.

As soon as we are clear about everything, we will sign a simple agreement to make sure we are both on the same page before moving on to the next step.

3. Sketch & concept development

Depending on the project, I will create an initial sketch and/or mock-up to give you a sense of what the final piece will look like.

This is your chance to make any adjustments, ensuring that we are heading in the right direction before I start the actual piece.

4. Creating the artwork

Once we have agreed on the design, I will begin creating your artwork. This part of the process can take a few weeks, depending on the complexity and medium.

I will keep you updated along the way, so you are always in the loop.

5. Final approval & delivery

When your piece is finished, I will send you a final photo for approval. Once you are absolutely happy with it, I will arrange for delivery or shipping, ensuring it arrives safely and ready to display.
