At Elizabeth Ortiz Art, each art print is made to order with care and intention. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. We kindly encourage you to check dimensions and details carefully before placing your order.

As an artist, Elizabeth is deeply committed to creating work that brings joy. While we don’t usually accept change-of-mind returns, we want you to love your piece!

If something feels off when you receive your order, please get in touch — we’ll do our best to make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We know that plans can change. If you need to cancel or adjust your order, please contact us within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, your artwork will already be in production and we’ll no longer be able to make changes or offer a cancellation.

Damaged or Faulty Items

All artwork is packaged securely, but in rare cases, damage may occur during shipping. If your piece arrives damaged or appears faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of both the artwork and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement for you at no extra cost.

Color Accuracy

We do our best to ensure that colors are represented as accurately as possible across all our photos. However, slight variations can occur due to lighting or screen differences. If the colors feel significantly different from what you expected, please let us know — we’ll be happy to take a closer look with you.

Please note that for originals and commissions which cannot be purchased directly through the online store, different conditions may apply.
